·         DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinate on-site and off-site examination from Regulator, Group Company’s Internal Auditor and ERM and authorities
• Designation, dismissal, removal or resignation shall be approved by the National Bank of Cambodia
• Establishment of compliance monitoring guidelines and procedures
• Performing compliance assessment on regular and surprise basis and reporting to Independent Director (ID) and/or Board of Directors (BOD), Group Company, regulator, authorities, and others
• Assist reviewing Company’s business agreements, contracts, MoU, and so on, to avoid lost of company’s interests, whether in Cash or Non-cash
• Be vigilant of change and update of rules, laws, and regulations which impact to Company’s activities
• Participate meeting of Compliance Officer Networking Group (CONG) and other meeting benefits the Company’s Compliance and Risk Management
• Intercommunication with regulator, authorities, and association in relation compliance matters
• Provide support to Group Company’s requirement for Compliance matters
• Assist to ensure Compliance with Internal guideline, rules, and regulations
• Perform other related duties as required.

·        JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree of Business and/or Laws
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Training and Risk Management is advantage
• Good communication in English, verbal and written skills
• Good presentation and translation knowledge from Khmer to English and vice versa
• At least 2-year of practical experience and/or being working in Compliance function in Cambodia’s Banking and FIs, especially Micro-finance institution and Financial Leasing Company
• Good knowledge of Computer literacy such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS Outlook
