Officer, Compliance Function

👤  Position : Officer, Compliance Function

⏰  Deadline : 30^th November 2025

·         DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Support Supervisor on-site and out-site examination from Regulator, Group Company’s Internal Auditor and ERM and Authorities

·      Support Supervisor to review the rules or regulation from the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC)

·      Act professionally and provide better solution and feedback to Supervisor on time and correctly

·      Daily check of Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

·      Support Supervisor to submit reports for NBC, weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly

·      Submit the report for NBC quarterly related to the customer compliant

·      Attend the NBC and CMA workshop

·      Attend the Risk Committee Meeting and take a minute in English

·      Follow and check the compliance monitoring guidelines and procedures

·      Support to perform compliance assessment on regularly

·      Support to review the Company’s business agreements, contracts, MOU and so one to avoid lost of the company’s interests

·      Provide refreshment training about AML to all staffs

·      Participate to ensure that follow with the Compliance’s internal guidelines, rules and regulations

·      Participate to analyse risk related

·      Participate to analyse the company’s performance

·      Perform other jobs assigned by supervisor and management

·         JOB REQUIREMENTS

·      Degree: Bachelor degree in the field of Business and/or Laws or related field

·      Year of experience: Fresh graduate or 1-year experiences in related work

·      Business acumen

·      Ability to negotiate and build relationship

·      Communication skill and flexibility 

·      Good communication in English, verbal and written skills

·      Good presentation and translation knowledge from Khmer to English and vice versa

·      Good team player

·      Ability to work on multi-task and highly self-motivated

·      Computer literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet, email and research

·      Be available to travel to province/rural areas
